Prime Gaming Content Not Delivering - Second Month in a Row

This is the second month in a row where I'm unable to locate my Prime Gaming in-game content after redemption. I attempted to re-link my accounts as is recommended on the landing page, but my Bungie profile shows nothing being redeemed from Prime Gaming and I'm obviously seeing nothing in-game. I understand these are "free" pieces of content, but I love receiving them as a benefit of my Prime subscription every month. Does anyone have a fix or information from Bungie about this? This has been widely reported over the past month or so. Thanks!

    hello again... just wanted to say: i finally got my rewards from last- and this month. (24+25). they just showed up today. so, for anyone else still having this issue: unlink/revoke prime gaming under your account settings and wait aprox. a few hours (maybe a day.. just to be sure). check if the entries you unlinked are showing the "revoked" status. if so, use the relink-url mentioned here in this post below (by bnghelp6) and check your status again. it should now show the date you relinked and an expire date (1 year). after all that, just wait a few days (it was 4 days for me as i relinked at 14.1.) and amandy holiday in the tower should "blink" and tell you, that your loot has finally arrived ! :) *crossing fingers for you* regards ps: maybe it can take a few more days or maybe even less. its just how long it took for me until it showed up. ps2: it may had something to do with the weekly reset. so if you go on with the procedure mentioned above, you may actually have to wait until the next/following weekly reset.

    • Do you share your Amazon Prime account with anyone else? If so, do they play Destiny 2 and do they also sign up for this program? Have you tried logging in and out of the game to see if anything changes? To confirm, you've double-checked that the Gear Drop has been claimed on the Prime Gaming site and that you have an active Amazon Prime account? If you go into your [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Profile/Settings]Bungie account Settings[/url] and click "Accounts & Linking," do you see Prime gaming at the bottom of the page under the "Authorized Applications" sections? Have you claimed your reward in your [url=https://www.bungie.net/7/en/Codes/Partners]Partner Rewards section[/url]? If you accidentally linked the wrong Bungie.net account to your Amazon Prime account and you haven’t yet claimed the Destiny 2 offer, follow these steps: Step 1: Make sure you've logged out of the wrong Bungie.net account.         • Same issue here. Have spent hours trying to fix this. This shouldn't be minimized because they are "free." I love this game, and have thankfully dedicated lots of time to it in addition to spending $100's on it over the years. Trying to troubleshoot this has been extremely frustrating. Why are we left to fix this issue ourselves on this forum? I am extremely thankful for all the selfless Guardians on this forum who dedicate time to helping others but this is an issue for official Bungie support. We shouldn't have to rely on the community to help us. Why is there no way to contact them directly? Bungie your "Support" is a shambles...

        • Same problem here and i thoroughly linked my accounts. Bungie however are Idiots for not fixing this and other problems... We put time sweat and tears into this stupid game and buy their DLCs and their seasonal ornaments and passes, and all we ask them to do is FIX these problems we have with the game. Whether it is Prime gamming rewards not showing up when we clearly have claimed them or the game crashing out of no where, if we asked that problem to be fixed over a month ago and it's still not fixed then why do we even bother?

        • They really don't have customer support for Prime Gaming, it's frustrating having to connect and reconnect accounts and still receive nothing for two months straight. I know this is a tiny problem, but it's annoying nonethelss that so many people experience the same issue and it's still not resolved.

        • I'm having the same problem, even after following the troubleshooting guide. Tried to contact support, and they just told me to try the steps again. Got no further responses after that. Even if it's just free stuff, they should be able to follow through with what they promised.

          • Having the same issue. Tried troubleshooting with Amazon Games & was told to look for an answer on this forum. Like all of you, unlinking & re-linking accounts did nothing.

            • Same for me. Everything was fine u til December and now january. My prime rewards are not showing up. Not are they on the redemption page. Amazon says it was successfully redeemed but I've received nothing twice in a row.

            • Yeah this is such a joke. I posted here repeatedly during December never getting any kind of assistance. I finally saw potential help, in this thread, and I did those steps and it did nothing. Second month in a row I won't get the rewards it seems. Unlinking (when it works) and ReLinking has done nothing to remedy the situation. They could give us codes to remedy this instead of doing this linked account thing but nope.
