Do you share your Amazon Prime account with anyone else? If so, do they play Destiny 2 and do they also sign up for this program? Have you tried logging in and out of the game to see if anything changes?
To confirm, you've double-checked that the Gear Drop has been claimed on the Prime Gaming site and that you have an active Amazon Prime account?
If you go into your Bungie account Settings and click "Accounts & Linking," do you see Prime gaming at the bottom of the page under the "Authorized Applications" sections?
Have you claimed your reward in your Partner Rewards section?
If you accidentally linked the wrong Bungie.net account to your Amazon Prime account and you haven’t yet claimed the Destiny 2 offer, follow these steps:
Step 1: Make sure you've logged out of the wrong Bungie.net account.
Step 2: Follow the re-link URL to update your account link.

Exactly the same issue as everyone else for the second month in a row. I have un-linked and re-linked my account successfully. I don't share my Prime account with anyone. The Prime gaming website says I have successfully claimed the drops from the last two months. The bungie.net website says my account is successfully linked to prime gaming, but does not show the drops as having been claimed. Nothing appears with Amanda in the Tower. Come on Bungie, fix this!
-
Confirmed with Amazon support that the last 2 months are stuck in the matrix and showing as pending on my account. Was told to contact Bungie as it's out of their hands.
-
Is anyone actually providing support for this? There is clearly an issue to be fixed here.
-
Edited by Vewch: 1/14/2022 11:41:59 PMPrime account not shared with anyone. Amazon says loot is claimed. Bungie says not claimed. No loot received 2 months in a row. For fun signed up with a Prime Trial on a second Amazon account. Re-linked everything. Claimed loot in Amazon and again nothing showed up with Amanda.

Edited by poochy84: 1/14/2022 2:41:52 PMWell this is our response from Bungie!!! Folks this is it we had our response but by the look of it case close even this isn’t a fix for our problem. I’m utterly disappointed in their looking after this community.
-
I do not share my Twitch, Prime nor my Destiny accounts, I have followed all of the steps that both you and Twitch Prime have said we're needed and still nothing. What guarantee do us guardians have that we won't get screwed out of next months offerings that we technically pay for? Starting to miss the old Bungie that cared about their consumers WHO PAY THEM and are the ENTIRE reason they are even still a company!
-
This is garbage, the fact that I had to use a link from you to re-enable the link on the bungie app end, when twitch and Amazon had been linked properly this whole time is silly in itself, but to know that I basically am screwed for both of these drops for an issue on your end is not fair in the slightest. I know this is the same response as everyone else, but this is unacceptable and needs to be addressed.
-
The same exact link is listed in the FAQ on the Prime Gaming website.
-
Although deeply hidden. In a properly structured system, you'd see an actual button to link your account if your account isn't already linked (or an option to confirm/relink if it is). Having to dig through a FAQ and look for a link that basically doesn't even provide any feedback to the user (it just redirects you without a confirmation) is just mind boggling.
-
Thank you for that response that does nothing for us, it was really appreciated.
-
This is the second month a lot of us had this issue, though your link worked, the fact we still haven't been able to get our rewards because we EXPECTED it to work properly and you basically saying we are SOL seems like a lazy answer. We all know you could simply confirm those of us that have not been able to get our rewards and resend us those packages from last month and this month. We all tried to claim this month hoping whatever the issue was last month was fixed but then find out that it wasn't, nothing was stated on social media or any form up update notes. Please make this right and do right by those of us that haven't been able to claim our rewards due to a broke system.

Edited by BestCamNA: 1/13/2022 5:55:56 PM- I do not share my Amazon Prime account with anyone. - I have an active Amazon Prime account and the gear has been claimed on the Prime Gaming site. - I do not see either of the Prime Gaming drops past two months listed in Partner Rewards. - I did see Prime Gaming when the issue first came up in December. In my attempts to fix it, I revoked the access and tried to reconnect. However, the only link I could find was from the Prime Gaming Destiny page ( https://twitch.amazon.com/tp/oauth/start/bungie ), but that link only redirected me back to the Prime Gaming homepage. - The link you provided with the overwrite URL string (https://twitch.amazon.com/tp/oauth/start/bungie?overwrite=true&redirectUrl=https://twitch.amazon.com/prime/loot/destiny2) did work, so now I am relinked with Prime Gaming. However, I still do not see my drops in Partner Rewards, in-game, or anywhere else. To anyone reading this thread, the link included above is the best thing I've received in terms of trying to fix this issue (even though it hasn't been fixed yet). Make sure you use this link to ensure you're fully connected, as the one on the Prime Gaming site is busted: https://twitch.amazon.com/tp/oauth/start/bungie?overwrite=true&redirectUrl=https://twitch.amazon.com/prime/loot/destiny2

question: how did you "revoke "(unlink?) .. this is not working for me. when i click on these buttons, nothing happens :(
-
Unfortunately, Prime Gaming items can only be claimed once. Since your account wasn't linked correctly but you already claimed the item, it can't be claimed again. However, you should be okay to obtain next month's Prime Gaming items.
-
This is such a poor response. I re-linked and followed instructions last month and this is the 2nd month in a row this has happened. I have claimed prime rewards without issue in the past and friends of mine haven't done anything different than me but are experiencing no issues. Why should we be penalized for an issue caused by Bungie? I didn't have my account linked incorrectly! I don't share an account! None of this reasoning applies to be but I miss out on two drops because your system is broken?
-
No. You need to escalate this issue. This needs to be fixed Bungie. This is not an acceptable outcome.
-
This is my second month in a row trying to claim and haven't received anything. Re-linking did nothing with the "next" month's loot.
-
What do you mean this is your game everything is possible issue people with codes to get the rewards! Mine sopped without doing anything on offer 23 witch was on 10 of NOV. Then you go with your sketchy troubleshooting which makes no difference. And then you blame on people that they’ve done it wrong so then they missed out on content. Beyond everything Prime should end partnerships with utterly useless support!.

Edited by Ketch: 1/14/2022 4:06:59 AMNote the "should be" here. I don't really see why this is so difficult to solve? Generate items, send items to players affected. I have missed the last two months as well due to the broken process. The correct CS thing to do is send the items to everyone in this thread stating they did not get them. Come on Bungie...
-
This isn't an answer. Saying "well you all got screwed on your rewards because we didn't put out a clearer way to fix this prior to everyone redeeming again... tough -blam!-." Like this is absolutely insane. You all have a code redemption process ON YOUR SITE and you don't use that (other Prime campaigns use 'em with no issue). Instead this weird 'well link it up and hope it works' method, especially when the revoking connections buttons don't work on most of the things.

Edited by GeoKetch: 1/13/2022 8:57:07 PMHonestly, if link permission on the bungie side is revoked it should send something to Amazon to tell their system that there isn't a link anymore. What a flawed system. I'm in the same boat as some others here where I revoked the link and then forgot that I had and claimed the most recent reward, thus losing out on the drop. I have since re-linked my account but am frustrated and disappointed that I will miss out.

Edited by RAPTORGHD: 1/13/2022 7:01:11 PMHello, I dragged the same error from last month, doing this it seems that now if I have everything configured well, for the next month. But it doesn't seem fair to me that due to a failure in your links when linking twitch, all users of this post have run out of rewards. It would be very good, if you sent all the users who posted here a key with the rewards, to compensate for the failure. For your part, you should only have added the link that you have provided on the page where all the account links are made ... Since I believe that this link is here the first time it appears on your entire page. I hope we can recover these lost rewards in some way, because the fault here is primarily yours and not the users. Regards, and thank you very much

Hear! hear! This.

Edited by Ÿsanthïs™: 1/13/2022 6:19:56 PMi did relinking already last month and was not able to claim the new rewards from this month. so, something is not working here. please investigate further. thanks ps: in addition, please advise why i am not able to "unlink" some apps; if this has something to do with crossave, i have never enabled it before. (how to put a screenshot in here?)

While not the answer I was looking for, I appreciate the resolution. Can you try to have the account re-link URL in the Prime Gaming FAQ section fixed? If that link had worked, I wouldn’t have this issue.
