If a previous email was receiving these emails but no longer is, you may need to create a new email and verify it.
You may need to use a major email provider, such as Gmail or Outlook, to receive the verification email.
Once you receive the email, verify it on your Bungie.net account then resend the Bungie Rewards email. Make sure to click "THIS LINK" when you receive the email.

Having the same exact problem. Receiving emails fine since 2016. Got the year in review email then zilch since. Updated settings, reverified email and nothing.

I updated my email domain, which is through Google, from @gmail.com to @googlemail.com to re-verify my email. I'll see if this works.

Nope. I even made a new email and verified it, but I still don't receive communications from Bungie.
