No longer receiving emails from Bungie [RESOLVED]

11/23/2021: ---------- I have been opted-in to receiving promotional communications from Bungie since September of 2018, and I have always received emails regarding newsletters or in-game accomplishments. Since July of this year, I have not received one email from Bungie, and I keep seeing other people post about emails they receive from Bungie on social media. I have checked my email's spam filters and blocked addresses, but nothing from bungie.net is being filtered/blocked. I check my email daily, including spam, and have never seen an email from bungie.net marked as spam. I even have "bungie@info.bungie.net" added to my contacts. I updated my communication settings on bungie.net to see if it would trigger emails again, but I have not seen anything come through yet. Is there anything else I can do to receive emails from Bungie again? I know bungie.net was updated in July in tandem with the new Bungie Store; would that have caused issues with my communication settings? Thank you. ---------- Edit: I updated my email domain, which is through Google, from @gmail.com to @googlemail.com to re-verify my email. I'll see if this works and update again. Edit (2/17/2022): The process I did in my previous edit did not work. I made a new GMail account in January, updated my communication settings on Bungie, and verified the new email. I still have received zero emails from Bungie. Edit (5/18/2022): I have finally received email again from Bungie, after the recent update mentioned in the 5/12/2022 TWAB. I will not be updating this post any more as the issue is now resolved (on my end). Thank you to Bungie for resolving this issue finally <3.

  • If a previous email was receiving these emails but no longer is, you may need to create a new email and verify it. You may need to use a major email provider, such as Gmail or Outlook, to receive the verification email. Once you receive the email, verify it on your Bungie.net account then resend the Bungie Rewards email. Make sure to click "THIS LINK" when you receive the email.

    • Some email addresses could be blocked by your ISP. Can you try making another Gmail works fine?

Hi, Have you checked that you have all bungie emails turned on in you bungie settings. You can find is in Settings > Email and SMS. I can see that you checked that but ive had this issue before and turning them all on helped it.
