Tracing the Stars II atlas skews are not appearing.
I claimed Tracing the Stars II on my hunter, but collected the skews on my titan, and now the quest will not progress nor will the atlas skews respawn. I have abandoned and reacquired the quest on all 3 characters, but the atlas skews don't show up on any of them.

1 ReplyMy friend mrgoff111 has similar problem. All skews show in the deposit room, but he didn't collect under Tracing the Starts II or III. He can deposit final collection and enter Dozmary Vault, can see the *redacted* and its shield, but then nothing progresses. He can see A Hollow Coronation at Wayfinder's Compass, but it's not in his quest log and none of the Tracing the Stars quest segments show up in his quest log.

same im stuck with stars II for 2 weeks and now they show me the exotic quest right infront of my eyes wanna press the quest "you need to complete tracing stars 1-3" im stuck at II see my picture im standing at the location where i picked the towering not showing in the quest

Bugged on my characters too. Picked up the quest on my Titan, collected the skews on my Hunter. Now the skews refuse to spawn for any of my characters. As a Y1 D1 player, it's very frustrating to be locked out of a new Exotic, or any new content for that matter, due to a bug that has been a problem for this long that has yet to be addressed. Let alone, fixed.

Been asking about this for 2 weeks(Twitter, Reddit, forums) and have never seen a reply. Guess we have to wait for some streamer to be affected… new exotic looks awesome so there’s that.

Same exact issue here. My Tracing the stars II is bugged. Picked up the skew on my warlock who didn't have the quest, and not it bugged out. Can't complete it

I encountered an issue where the first step of the Tracing the Stars quest incorrectly labeled the 5th skew as being in the same place as the first, which was the Divilain-Rheaslivia path, Lower Cliffside. I lokked it up and the actual location is a tree in Spine of Keres. Dont know if that solves anyones issue but you may be looking in the wrong place.

I never got the skews to spawn for Tracing the Stars II. Had the quest on both warlock and hunter and when I went to the Dreaming City, there were no skews. I tried abandoning the quest and reacquiring it from the kiosk for both characters. Got the quest, still no skews. Note that Bungie is not working this issue. They are working one for players that pick up the skews before getting the quest and then can't complete it. That's not the same problem that most here are complaining about. And yes since this is an exotic quest step, and the exotic is needed to complete activities this season, it's pretty fustrating to be such a low priority for Bungie to fix. Shaders on Iron Banner armor is higher prioity it seems. Hopefully somthing will get fixed with the hotfix this Thursday.

Same here. I couldnt remember which character I did it on cuz every character I had to recover the quest went to collect the skews but none of them appeared

I am having the same issue, had the quest on my titan, picked up an atlas skew on my warlock, now I can't progress the quest and can't obtain the exotic - that everyone else is able to get as of today. I really hope this is going to be fixed soon!

I have the same issue too, I completed tracing stars with my warlock when the season started, not long time ago I began to play with my hunter, now I want to take the atlas skews and they do not spawn.

2 RepliesYeah, this quest was taken out of my inventory for some reason? Went back to pick it up and started on Tracing the Stars II and now the Aphelion Brazier Skew is not showing after reloading multiple times and trying to get it on my main character. No idea why these quests are on 3 characters when it should just be an ACCOUNT quest... Hopefully we get a fix soon.

1 ReplyI am having the same issue. It has completely stonewalled the next steps of the quest, the new exotic, and further progression in the shattered realms. Bungie needs to get a fix out for this asap!

1 ReplyIs there a window besides end of season for this fix or are they just leaving us in the wind about it cause I’d like to have this done I wish they would let us reset progress on quests ourselves instead of relying on “bug fixes” to solve our issues
