Enter the details and click reset which comes up with the message about the associated account and to wait for a link. Been trying since yesterday but now it's just told me I've made to many attempts and to contact customer support.

  • Hello. The issue of not getting the email to reset password on the EU store still persists even after @BungieHelp 's tweet about the email limit. It's not in any spam folders or anything either. I've never actually made any purchases through the EU website (only through the US/main store) but I did create an account when the store opened. I, therefore, use the same login email on both the US and EU stores with different passwords. I cannot access the US store and try resetting password through there as I keep being redirected to the EU one. Trying to get some attention to this before the date limit to get the emblem for resetting the password.

  • I still haven't received the reset password email, I only received a promotional email to reset the password to get the emblem, I click the link în the email and it sends me to the eu bungie store main page

    I’m having the same issue. Yesterday on eu bungie store I have tried reset password. After pressing the reset button a message "If there is an account associated with (email address) you will receive an email with a link to reset your password." appeared, but I still not received an email. I tried it several times.

  • Hello, I am having the exact same issue on the eu bungie store. I am selecting to reset my password and enter my details but the email never arrives. I just tried this about 10 minutes ago.

  • I am getting exactly the same issue (have clicked on the "forgot my password" link - I've basically tried everything - and have also checked spam/junk folders but not receiving any emails BNGHelp6 - looks like you're popular today (as I'm discussing 2 separate issues with you)

    The system with the two stores is so broken. It took me over 24 hours and a lot of mail-conversation with the customer-support to get that reset-email for the eu-store. And then, the reset-link led me to the us-store. The us-store directly send me to the eu-store which killed the refferer from the reset-link. So the reset-link didn't worked in the eu-store. It took me a time to figure out, that the reset-link don't have the [b]eu.[/b] infront to call the eu-store directly. After manually adding this eu. infront of that reset-link, I was able to reset my password. But now, I am not able to link my bungie.net profile with my eu.bungie-store account (I think, it's another eu-store failiure). After trying to link them, my bungie-net profile now tell my it is linked with the eu-store, but the store-account only tells me that there is a problem linking my bungie.net profile with my store-account. Now I'm not able to get my hard ownd rewards anymore. Nice job. Btw. even the FAQ link inside the contact form at the eu-store leads you to the us-store, which directly redirect you back to the eu-store where the link don't work and you land at the start-page of the shop instead the faq page.

  • I have had the same problem, I've been trying for the last 5 hours. There are multiple posts on the forum here reporting the same issue going back 15 hours or so. I've tried clicking on the link in the email, the orange bar at the top of the store and also on the forgotten password link. None of them will send me the reset email. (I'm in the EU using the EU store, if that helps)

  • I have pressed "Reset Password" on the orange banner at the top of the page and then it redirects me to the Forgot your password page. I have checked everywhere in my mail and I can't find the email. I have checked multiple times and I introduced the correct email address when trying to reset password

    He is not the only one who has this problem. There are many others posting this issue in this forum, including me right now. I also tried it several times and did not receive any Mail to reset my password.
