Bungie store reset password issue
Hello, I've been trying since yerserday to reset my bungie store EU password but I am not receiving any password reset email, is this a known issue ?

31 RepliesHey there. To confirm, you are pressing the "Forgot my Password" link on the sign-in page? Have you checked your spam/junk folder?

I’m having the same issue. Yesterday on eu bungie store I have tried reset password. After pressing the reset button a message "If there is an account associated with (email address) you will receive an email with a link to reset your password." appeared, but I still not received an email. I tried it several times.

Same problem. Even when i try to talk to the support they send you just a pregenerated email which tells you to go to FAQ which is unhelpfull or respond to the email for further help (which, you guesed it, never arives) and they left me on read. Tried multiple times and still nothing even went to the Bungie site itself but there is no way they could help me so now i cant check my order status or anything else. Please bungie fix this asap my items should arive somewhere mid to late july which is now.
