This system is much better than xur engrams...
Solo content that is challenging and rewarding.
Just learn the enemies spawn and attack patterns and position yourself better.
Getting to a 7 minute run is pretty easy on every lost sector.
Some sectors take like 2 minutes...
You will get better Guardian, don't give up.

Trinity is definitely good for certain lost sectors. Especially now that it can use overload rounds. The solar handcannon is pretty good for shields sometimes too. I forget what its called. Some lost sectors are pretty tough, if you get hung up just slow down a bit and adjust your loadout/strategy. Hope you have a good day Guardian 🤗
