I've spent entire seasons, never having reached full power level. The grind is too restrictive. What if I dont want to play crucible, or cant get into a raid party?

Well you just said, " What if I don't want to play Crucible" well then....Don't play Crucible. As for "What if I can't find a Raid Team" that sounds like a You Problem. There so many sources to find a Raid Team. I LFG all the time. 5 our of the 7 Raids I do are Amazing, then the other 2 are 50/50.
