It’s just the dodge. Stompees are annoying but once they jump they’re stuck in that falling state.
You can use dodge during every gun fight and avoid damage altogether, among all the exotics surrounding the dodge.
The dodge is just too crucial to hunters. I don’t want it to become neutered, but it should not be a cop out to every gun fight.

since when has dodge been a get out of gun fight free card? if you are in an open space in a gun fight and you dodge you will die, because anyone who can move their mouse slightly down can kill you.

I literally only use dodge to reload and go invis, and mess with radar with geminis.

I think it's just stompees combined with 10 mobility. Maybe they should cap you at 10 mobility for your jump even with them on. They'd still be good because they'd allow you to have the effects of 10 mobility while allocating your stats elsewhere.
