Just do the bounties on all chars.
12 bounties = 1200 fractals.
This week adds 2 obelisks for a total of 2400 fractals each week.
And when sir 14 comes to the tower his bounties give 50 per DAILY bounty.

Also forgot to tell you. Secondary characters dont have to unlock the obelisks....its a shared vendor/thing.

I discovered that last night, lol. I got do confused when my Titan didn't have any prompts or missions except an intro.
