Increase the fractaline drops please
Doing the Sundial should give us way more than 10. I should get more than 2 drops during a 20+ run of gambit. I don't even know if I got any drops for nightfall after doing Buzzard and step 1 of the other quest.
Please increase.
EDIT: Obelisks have upgrade to increase in some activities; however, it’s still RNG. For some, we aren’t getting a lot.
EDIT: Yes, seasonal triumphs for season 9 have them as rewards (just like Opulence had), but they aren’t that easy to get or they don’t reward a lot. Grind worthy ones like upgrading your artifact or pass take a LONG while and don’t give much. And some of the Sundials are hard to do with blueberries.

It is 8 bounties per character now. That's 800 fractals per toon. You will want to rank up each one to 11. Thats 2200 fractals needed. Off the three characters you will earn 2400 a week in bounties alone, then also running sundial 3 times per character will yield another 130. (You get 100 on one run) 2790 a week without farming for fractals is easily done.. I've have already maxed two obs out and am rank 7 on my third. I still have two characters to do this week. I should easily get all done by next week without farming for fractals.

3 RepliesJust do the bounties on all chars. 12 bounties = 1200 fractals. This week adds 2 obelisks for a total of 2400 fractals each week. And when sir 14 comes to the tower his bounties give 50 per DAILY bounty.

Do the obelisk bounties. There are two per obelisk and you can do them on all 3 characters. Mine are already rank 11 and 7 I believe and I barely touched the sundial.

Increase your sundial with the mode your gonna be playing most Mars-crucible Tangled shore- gambit There’s gonna be another one today I think? I find crucible easier and doing the weekly for each gives one level

Over the next couple weeks I believe they’ll be a lot of ways to obtain it. And example would be the upgrades and also Saint 14s bounties when he becomes a vendor.

I have the tier 3 gambit finder and after 10 matches I had zero drop. So either the drop rate is that low or the fractaline finders do next to nothing.

its a full season activity not meant for you to max out in a week. Play the game.. the grind is a full season.. 90 days.. not 7.

1 ReplyIt's random for sundial. Sometimes you get 110. But yeah. Even maxing out the "perk" on obelisks for increased chance in crucible and gambit, I've seen 2 drops in 30+ games.

2 RepliesIt hasn't even been one week since the season launched and I have enough to level one Obelisk to 10, having only played the Sundial once. One time. I haven't used any of the buffs provided by them. Only strikes, Gambit games, and whatever Ive claimed in the pass. So at this rate I'd have enough to level the other 3 in 3 weeks, which is all that's required for the title. The season lasts for [i]3 months[/i]... I think everyone will be fine. Nobody needs to freak out that they didn't get it all done before the first reset.

If you don't mind sacrificing a character, then you can create a new character and run through the first story mission, then pick up the obelisk bounties and complete them. Turn those bounties in and then delete that character and repeat the process as many times as you want. It's faster than grinding the crap outta Gambit or crucible, and is infinitely repeatable unless bungie patches it.

7 Replies3 toons. 400 worth in bounties alone per toon. 1200 a week easy not including drops in other events. It's fine. It doesn't need maxed in 6 days.....

2 RepliesThe obelisks have mods that increase the drop chance. Tangled Shore obelisk increases the chance from Gambit, and Mars obelisk increases the chance from the Crucible. That said, I have both of those at rank 5 which is when you unlock the second level of said buffs, but it's still terrible. You should run the obelisk weeklies on all your characters, at least.
