They gave us collections to alleviate vault space issues, however we can't pull random rolls. Our collection is a glorified stickerbook. We have earned items in game that are quickly forgotten as soon as we get something objectively better (ie. white gear<green gear<blue<purp<yellow). Why waste your dev and art team's time and resources to making these just to be discarded and forgotten. If we want to run around in white gear, we should be able to with no consequence. As far as money goes, they can still make gear sets for eververse. They can also make planet sets as well. IE. EDZ base set from Devrim, earned in game, but going forward, ornaments for those same sets could be made via eververse. We spent most of year one chasing ornaments because it finally made us look different (factions, trials, raids etc) just for them to pretty much unusable come year 3. There is a middle ground, they just aren't doing anything about it because of "reasons"
