Raids are a team game so anyone clearing them was in a good team.
There's no individual skill involved in raids because you can't carry the team alone.
So stop talking crap.

I was replying to you here. And yes there were moments were 1 person could pull off a hero moment and finish a few raid sections on their own. It’s what made vault pretty special to a few of us

I can carry teams alone. I can pick up every buff in the first encounter of gos, and solo my own room while the rest of the team is 5 manning the other room. That’s a hard carry. I can do 4.2 million damage on the final boss of gos in one phase, while he only has 10 million health. That’s a hard carry. I can solo the entire sparrow encounter in sotp. I can triple-dupe on the first encounter of sotp. I can dupe in sos, I can sword-fly across the sos and cos jumping puzzles, and I can wordline across the CoS jumping puzzle. All of those thing I listed are hard carries. So stfu, and don’t tell me to stop taking shit when you don’t know who your talking too.

And also whatever things you mentioned can be done by any average player without much skill. So you're just carrying noobs. Raids demand good teams not good individuals. Individual skill is involved when doing things fully solo like solo 100k Master NF, solo Heroic Zero Hour, etc.

I challenge you to even MAKE it to the CoS jumping puzzle, with all of your “skill”.

I know most of the people who speedrun. There’s 3 people on ps4 who can do it consistently: delta, gangster, and ix. Then there’s 4 more who can get it inconsistently: me, umer, murky, and shuffles. Out of those 7, 1 is planning to move to pc when he gets the money, and another says he will but won’t be able to for at least a year.

kid actually get a raid clear under your belt before you try shitting on other players stats or skill. because stats like these (or lack thereof) is what gets you mocked by the entire community not just Raiders like me and gary when you try and shit talk about raid stats. because unlike you atleast WE have actually cleared the raids. its very evident at this oint your lashing out at raiders like Gary is because you are too shit at this game and completely incompetent to even clear a raid encounter. resulting in your teams becoming frustrated and booting you to get someone actually competent and good.

Dude if you had bothered to read my comments, I have already said in my very first comment that I (along with 96% of player base) usually don't bother with the raids so it's useless to ask me to raid, etc. And don't talk about competence in raids. It's a team effort and not an individual effort. So whosoever has many raid clears is just playing in a good team, ZERO individual skill required.

Of course speedrunning requires a good team. I’m not going to 5 man console record, or carry a shitter to console record. What I’m saying is that for a normal raid run, someone can easily carry a team.

LOL NOOOOOOOO. The crap Gigz and other streamers pull in raiding would not be even remotely possible in 99% of raiding outside of Destiny, you have to go in with a full group that has learned what to do through practice and patience. The only time people solo raids... is when they are geared and leveled like 2+ expansions head of the older raids.
