It split the Competitive gamemode in half, that’s why last season was somewhat better due to people solo queuing, now that there are way more gamemodes since last season it’s busted up the matchmaking, Freelance was honestly a big mistake what they had previous season was better 100%.

There's more solo players than there are teams. Prior to freelance it was absolute hell to get anything past fabled II in solo queue do to teams of 3 just going around and pubstomping randoms. Look at it from the other side and understand that this was a great change.

Yea same getting Recluse and Luna’s Howl in their respective seasons was hell especially since I’m a average to below average solo PvP player
