Look I enjoy the higher intensity of comp but the new “skill” system isn’t good
I’ve played a decent amount off matches so far and after a few and I made it to brave I started to be placed with players way worse than me and I had to babysit and I’m not good enough to carry by myself I’m barley good enough to hold my own but when I’m placed with people getting .7 KDs while I’m getting a meh 1.4 in a game I get a little mad
So Bungie, either go back to the old system or improve the current one
The comp overall is good but fix this one small problem and in my opinion it’s gold

last season alot of players were getting lucky and forming groups but in solo if ur bad it will show and will be stuck at a certain rank . im stuck at mythic i cannot go any further bec i get out played ik when im out of my league and mythic 2 is my stability point where ive been evened out skill wise

it all depends on u not ur team . the better u do the faster u will get matched with like skill unless u are a brave skill player . if ur a fable skill u should have already been out of brave within a couple games if ur a mythic u would gave been in mythic if ur a legend player ur already at mythic . i got pushed to mythic within 2 hrs of playing and was playing mythic players by the 4th game bec even with terrible players on my team my skill stuck out going extreme positive and carrying my team regardless of my teammates going negative .

i playd solo got to mythic fairly fast but i playd against mythic players only a couple of games . every game after that was 50/50 anyone could win depending on the effort given or a lucky play . if ur being matched with potatoes then u ur self are a potato and got carried last season .even during the first couple of games with potatoes i stuck out bec the skill gap for me was like playing against beginners . i could easily carry my teambec of that until i started playing against mythic rankers and ny kd evened to normal positive kd andi gained extreme amounts of rank points each game while on losses only losing 10 to 20 points at the most making losses not even a factor to me sense i was gaining hundreds of points per game . one game i completely skipped a sub rank while on a 5 streak now im at mythic abd its harder ror me to go any further bec legend rankers are better then me and i get out played so its not mis matching . each rank is bound by skill lvl . i am a mythic rank skill player i get there every season solo . with a team i could def get legend though
