I can’t speak to a guardians ability to make a baby but I can say with 98% certainty that the child would not be a guardian. Guardian is a title not a race or species. Guardians are what we call the risen who serve the Vanguard specifically. A human guardian is a human that has been selected by a ghost to receive the powers of the light and choose to use those powers for the Vanguard. So unless a newborn baby was then chosen by a ghost it wouldn’t have powers.

I mean, this actually happened in lore. A ghost ressurected a baby that was killed by Fallen. There’s a theory that that baby became Shin Melphur, or as Drifter calls him, “The Man With the Golden Gun”

Whether that happened In lore or not I couldn’t say but I am say that if it did it was 100% not shin.
