I haven’t had any connection or internet related problems in D2 or any other game. Is there any way to remove this restriction, ’cause I really feel like I didn’t deserve it. I had not played D2 for a couple of days and then, when I log on today all of a sudden I’m banned for two whole months.
About nine months ago when I still lived in my old house I didn’t have a good connection and was restricted for 2 weeks, but that was fine ’cause the game told me multiple times that I had a bad connection. It informed when I had lost connection to D2 servers and the game lagged alot on my part.
But since then I moved to a new place, right in the centre of my city, that has a really good and fast internet. And since moving the game has been working nicely, it hasn’t lagged at all for me and I haven’t lost connection to the games servers even once.
So why now, all of a sudden I’m banned for two whole months? Not a single sign that my internet connection would be bad was given. Just a straight up ban, right before the new dlc launches.
I know it says on your website that restrictions will not be removed, but could you possibly reconsider your policy in this case? Or at least change the restriction to two weeks, please.

Edited by Decca0805: 9/18/2019 3:10:52 PMRestrictions are placed manually on accounts that are deemed to be repeatedly ruining game experiences for others in PVP, or gambit. Restrictions will not be overturned until their duration has passed. Use this time to stabilise and improve your network connection so that you stop harming games for other players. The first restriction will last two weeks. If you do not fix your connection, the next will be two months. If you still persist in ruining the game for others, you will be permanently banned from PVP in Destiny 2. Please be considerate of others and work on fixing your connection, to avoid further repercussions. Ready to stop kidding yourself, and do the decent thing and improve your connection? If not, there’s a permanent restriction coming your way after this!
Excuse my informal language. Been a long day. Points are still true though.
