I don't bash EA or Ubisoft titles. Because I don't care, and I don't play them. I like destiny, that's why I play it, and it has a whole train of issues I don't like. I don't know what kind of rust bucket this "tiger engine" is. I've heard a lot of rumours it works like it was exported from grimdark of 40th millennia, meaning no one knows how, and only by prayers and sacred ointments they can make it work. If this game was a, I don't know, a jacket, it would have more duct tape than actual leather. I find it highly unlikely 700 full-time professional employees can't fix that in jiffy. Because I saw people working in much harder environments and fixing far more dire problems FASTER. That's why I think banjo simply either too lazy, or simply unwilling, or just purely incompetent. Quality of matchmaking in this game, despite that manifesto from apparent author suggests the latter. I mean, 12/14 defeats streak in Gambit/Crucible. 4 "we're breaking these teams up" only to be thrown to very same pubstompees, because you can't break six-men fireteam. And then to another. I have around 1100 hours in this game (I know, not much), but during these hours I've seen enough shit I wouldn't believe. And it's not my first looter game. That's especially why I think this game's behaviour is utterly ridiculous. Especially explanations I've read so far. I'd just imagined any other serious industry that doesn't run hiding behind "video games are art" when shit hits the fan had the quality like that. Do you want to live in a house made by video games standards? Drive a car that made by them (although we're getting danger close in some aspects)? What was/is the Jeep's motto? "Things we make make us"? With an addition of a "you're only as good as your last job" we are getting pretty much self-explanatory picture.
