That's how RNG works bud. I got the Gambit pulse rifle 3x in a row with feeding frenzy and rampage.

Your one of the lucky few

Even thats relative. I've seen people get spare rations and big out bag many times before I got even 1.

I did 29 matches yesterday and only got one bad omens and nothing else from wins or losses and the gear o got for infamy ranks and bounties was tangled shore armor not even anything gambit

Did you also find that the power level was significantly under your current actual power level? I can’t understand why rewards are so pointless for the most part. Get a good weapon with good rolls? Yeah, well you’ll need cores to infuse something into it. Who thought that was a good idea?! If the aim of the game is to get better and stronger, why are rewards often so weak, aside from prime engrams for the most part? Reset your Valor/Glory/whatever - get lower powered gear.

Yeah it’s pretty trash, what’s funny is there are people that defend this practice of crap RNG and pointless grinding, this post had 57 likes earlier and now it’s down to 24

Edited by Necrogen: 8/20/2019 9:32:30 PMDon't quote me on this or do... Doesn't matter. I have a theory that this game runs on an algorithm that makes it harder for you to actually get the item. It's weird and people would ask "why would they do that?" I can only speak for myself but there was a point in time where I gave the game a rest. I believe it was when resident evil 2 remake on the PS4 and kingdom hearts 3 came out. I played those games religiously for about a month and then came back to Destiny 2 and started playing heavy again. I got shards of galanor oathkeeper gwisin vest and sixth coyote within hours of each other. it wasn't exotic after exotic after exotic per kill...no. I put in about 4 hours and I just got them. I don't know if anyone else had a similar experience to this but again I believe that if you don't play this game heavily the rewards just come to you. concerning what happened with me? I didn't do anything like a nightfall 100000 or raid. I was doing strikes and activities like forges.

Idk man I just picked up D2 for the first time in June and have nearly every Hunter Exotic and Exotic weapon (besides the ones that require Raiding because I'm a solo player). I think I was blessed by the RNG gods sometimes. I find it easier to grind exotics than the legendary rolls I want though. I've been crushing prime just for a Last Man Standing with 1-2 punch and havent come close. Got one to drop tonight for the first time and it was almost as bad as my KDA in crucible

I skipped playing for an entire May. When I get back in the middle of June, there was no shower from exotics. But somewhere in July I got several exotics in a row. I even made a post about that, sort of "what am I playing, Borderlands?" So I don't really know how this shit works.

It’s a good theory
