For the part of the Community in this Feedback forum, you're letting your imagination get the better of you. Bungie never at ANY point in time mentioned a possible nerf to Well of Radiance
Bungie however DID mention a possible rework to how BUFFS stack with each other. Meaning Well of Radiance, and Ward of Dawn might not stack when Ward drops with Weapons of Light.
You're clogging up the feed with nonsense, calm down until you can confirm an upcoming nerf
EDIT: This post is meant to have people CALM DOWN because they're being too reactionary to unconfirmed rumors. If it's not confirmed don't worry about it, and if it is please by all means voice your opinions to Bungie's changes.
Bungie never said they mean to nerf the Well of Radiance and therefore we have no reason to believe they will. Cool your jets ya silly lil gremlins

The whole buff adjustment makes no sense to me. You won't be able to Stack Melting point and Tractor cannon.... Pretty sure you already can't do that. We already know you can't stack Lumina with WoR. The only ability damage stacking I can think of it is you are in WoR and you also trigger Empower punch or if a Banner shield with WoL is standing in the WoR..

Someone can't read... or watch YouTube. How many elementary school grades did you repeat?

3 RepliesNerfs to Tier-0 strats happen in EVERY game The buff/debuff stacking change had to happen, otherwise warlocks ONLY would run well going forward (i'm a warlock, I like my other classes too) Bubble.... I can almost guarantee you will be a Tier-0 class when used with Saint-14, especially if bosses are easy to close in on. Support classes are *very* strong in games like Destiny, and if we lose a bit of damage, things still die really fast, but we'll just have to play a bit more of some encounters.

You will only get the the highest buff and the highest debuff well will still heal but you can only have one buff and one debuff active. Nice thing is teather will now work with heavy ammo

2 RepliesEdited by prawnk1ng: 8/16/2019 10:12:11 AMOf course they won’t mention it if it might hurt their sales of Shadowkeep.
-
It just doesn't stack buffs anymore.
-
8 RepliesYou know very well anytime they say rework they mean nerf, don't play dumb. Every time they have "reworked" something, they have nerfed it.
-
Good. Well is fine.
-
2 RepliesI mean if empowering punch and well don’t stack, that’s already a nerf to well right there.
-
1 ReplyLol get your head out of the sand man, it's so obvious that a nerf is coming. Read between the lines.
-
Why do they have to mention it before hand? Do you decide what they do?
-
Nerfing all buff and debuff
-
2 RepliesYeah, they’ll call it an unexpected consequence of the combined effect of a number of changes. They won’t be able to fix it right away as it’ll be buried deep in the code. Then they’ll hope we all forget about it after a few months. It’ll still be nerfed though.
-
8 RepliesLooks like they’re nerfing buffs instead.

3 RepliesFor anyone interested this is the PART III mention to the Buff/Debuff rework "We’ve taken all the weapon damage buffs (these enhance the player’s outgoing damage) that can appear on the character and stack-ranked their damage effects (these are effects like Empowering Rift, Well of Radiance, Lumina’s buff, and top-tree Void Titan’s Weapons of Light). We’ve also overhauled the system under the hood, so the damage calculations use only the most powerful buff on a player at a given time. It’s got nuance to it, though: If you’re under the damage effect of something stronger than Well of Radiance, you will still receive the healing effect from the Well, but the damage bonus would come from the other buff (e.g., Lumina or Weapons of Light). We’ve made some changes to debuffs as well (a debuff is an effect that weakens the enemy). We’ve touched the effects and durations of a number of them. These effects include Hammer Strike, Shattering Strike, Tractor Cannon, and Shadowshot (Shadowshot will now work on powerful weapons as well)." WELL OF RADIANCE WILL NOT BE NERFED, however only the most powerful buff will be useable. Well and Ward Confirmed will NOT stack. Generally ALL Debuffs will catch a duration Nerf. Enjoy the news Guardians

Yes they have .
-
1 of 2 things will happen they will magically accidentally nerf it or 2 with the way they are going like the damage buffs not counting together they will make it so you won't get the buff after another buff is applied
-
niy eeeeve
-
1 ReplyYes they did kid
-
18 RepliesAnyone who thinks it doesn’t need a nerf is full of shit

Datto working Bungie right?
-
Still so naive? When Luke mentioned something to be reworked....that thing will go down. Learn all the lessons since D1 again please.

1 ReplyEdited by MstrofPuppts: 8/16/2019 3:23:00 PMBut if Datto gets his way well will get nerfed along with WoL which is returning
