Poor Luke Smith. On his six/seven figure plus salary must be really stressful job. Trying to find a balance between how many items to sell in Eververse, how many staff to allocate to Eververse and encouraging his comms staff to provide more than one feedback per week on the bungie forum must be extremely difficult.
