It seems to be worse in iron banner. It really is a game mode where a minor mistake like losing a zone a couple minutes into the match can snowball and lead to a blowout one way or the other. Having teammates that don’t realize that they are making these mistakes just compounds the problem, and on top of that you have people doing quests with sub-par weapon types. I just went back to quick play and it’s much better.
