We should be able to change our characters appearance if we want too like for instance if we wanted a awoken female instead of a exo male then we would be able to change that many other games are able to do this and idk why destiny is not but I would be very happy to see this implemented into the game

1 ReplyJaMaR_tOo_CoLd You make some valid points and i agree that eververse must be removed from this game but, Whether we wanted it or not, we've stepped into a war with the Cabal on Mars. So let's get to taking out their command, one by one. Valus Ta'aurc. From what I can gather, he commands the Siege Dancers from an Imperial Land Tank just outside of Rubicon. He's well protected, but with the right team, we can punch through those defenses, take this beast out, and break their grip on Freehold

3 RepliesOnly hair and face. Not race or class.
-
1 ReplyOnly hair, face paint, and lip color. If you want to change race, or sex, then you should buy a voucher or something of the sort from tess with Bright Dust kind of like Monster Hunter World has you already do.
-
...that’s if you failed at creating your original character.
-
Maybe if it were still D1’s system, but D2? No way. The character customization looks plastic and fake with gross, exaggerated features. I’m not sure what they did to “optimize” the feature but it made it worse.
-
I'd like to change some minor exo details once in awhile personally.

Edited by Ogma: Destroyer of Worlds: 7/12/2019 1:06:17 AMThey haven’t made any real strides to make anything about our characters personal or relevant outside of the occasional, very minor dialogue. I don’t see why we shouldn’t be able to just straight up change our appearance, including race. I know I’d swap two of my characters races right now if I could. There’s no good reason not to allow it. You’re barking up the wrong tree though. This is something that has been mentioned since early D1. If they haven’t done it yet, it’s not happening. They don’t listen to fans outside of very minor changes.

2 RepliesWhat's the point? All of the humans and awoken faces are ugly.
-
No more useless cosmetics hard pass on a plastic surgery simulator. Which you won’t be able to see 96 percent or more of in the entire game. 871 useless cosmetics in this game we don’t need anymore
-
4 RepliesYea its ridiculous how basic the customization options are in this game. What's even more ridiculous is this has been asked for since D1 so it's not like Bungie doesn't know. Instead I'm stuck with a guardian who looks like a 12yr old man who doesn't know if he's going through a midlife crisis or puberty.
-
It’s honestly something we shouldn’t even have to be asking for. We’ve asked for this since D1 and it should’ve been in D2 at launch
-
1 ReplyFfs gender and race too! It is 2019 god damn it! I also want to have bubs + dik option with robotic voice.
-
Oh no, everybody having to live with their choices that they didn't take seriously back when they first made their character! The Horror!...
-
Yeah any character customization would go a long way! And why do all the women have like, collagen enhanced lips? It's super creepy under most lights.

Edited by Evskii: 7/11/2019 4:01:45 PMWe need a completely new character creation system. The character creation in this game could have been designed by a toddler. Either that or start making decent looking armor for once. There is like one good looking set of armor in the entire game
-
It should at least be the equivalent of the Division 2, where it lets you change your hair, color, scars, etc.
-
Maybe Tess could sell something like whatever MHW calls the consumable that lets you change your character appearance in MHW? For silver, of course. Try pushing that idea and you might get some action from B. :) I'll just stick with the "helmet always on" approach

6 RepliesVoted Yes, CONDITIONALLY. Do I think we should be changing sex or race? No. But, other things: mark and paint color, hair style, hair color, eye light color for exos, and maybe even a little facial hair? Hell, yes!
-
4 RepliesI want a beard on character
-
1 ReplyAre you gonna rewrite the games engine? Because if so, then yes you can have it, if not you’re shit out of luck one would imagine.
-
Eva could open up a barber shop
-
1 ReplyOkay first, I think you should only be able to change the gender and not the race of your character, and also, be able to change anything on the face any time you want.
-
Personally, I feel that part of the fun of Destiny is having ugly characters. I’ve grown fond of mine even though they look ridiculous. That being said, I’m certainly not going to complain if they add it. They should at least allow us to change things like the exo accessories and hair. Mind you, if it’s this or new content I’d rather they focus on new content
-
All they gotta do is make it cost bright dust. It's an easy enough currency to get without paying, but quicker to get with paying. Everyone wins
