In my opinion the reason that random matchmaking works for the Menagerie is simply because it’s an activity you cannot fail. You simply slog ahead if you don’t complete the encounter with time remaining on the clock. Heroic isn’t setup that way. You fail and you’re returned to orbit. How is this mechanic going to work with randoms? It’s not. Matchmaking with others on mic to coordinate the activity in front of you is 100% needed given the mechanics associated with the Heroic version. I suggest you find some friends or join a clan if you want to participate.
