While this design does a better job at showing pursuit priority, it doesn't allow for a quick-glance at the pursuit details and progress. I feel Bungie had different design goals and prioritized the ability to read bounties and their progress at a glance. You can use the d-pad to flip pages. This way, you just move your eyes instead of moving the analog stick.

Bungie seems to purposely go out of their way to be "different" - pushed to the extent of being actually moronic in design. Look no further than how they design other aspects of the game. All of Bungie's choices defy logic, and I honestly believe its intended because they feel "special" and "not like other games" - as though that's somehow a good thing...
