Yep. It’s shit. -
They use other meaning of word "buff" familiar to anyone who served in military and has to "spit-shine" their boots or any metal elements on uniform. Such as "parade" buckles - ones we were issued oxidized extremely fast, like 20 minutes and they are dull... So they "buffed" the game via "shiny" stuff - Eververse and slapping some "Swagovski" crystals on old guns. Loosely reminds of Snazzgunz - from Warhammer Orks.
