How people defend this game I have not a clue. It isn't fun. It isn't meaningful. Time put into the game is disrespected big-time. There is literally no reason to play.

I Quit March 9th, unsubscribed from the 3 Streamers I "sort of" followed, and deleted D2 yesterday. It's pretty clear their is no hope for Bungie going forward. Best of Luck to Bungie in Bankruptcy court.

Bungie: nerfs exotics I see no one use and says they’re going to nerf some exotic armor but, doesn’t give exact values to how much. So that other armors and weapons can be used Community: . I agree the whisper nerf wasn’t needed but, we don’t have exact values for the armor and honestly it’s just how games work, things get nerfed that give an unfair advantage. Roll with the punches lol

As anyone else realized that they just threw the Outbreak Prime quest out there in hope that it would soften the blow of the mega-nerf that they were about to drop on our heads. I’ve honestly never seen a game developer actively try to drive their player base away. Perplexing to say the least.

Gamers sure seem to love drama. All hell is breaking loose over at Division 2 over the new raid. First, the outcry was over no matchmaking for 8 man teams. Then the raid was too hard for console players. The community was actually demanding the raid be nerfed! Imagine that, a player community asking for something to be nerfed. This never happens in Destiny...right? I wish Bungie wouldn't make weapons or armor OP in the first place and leave it in the game for 6-9 months then nerf it. All it does is upset a lot of people. And I do fear for the fate of Outbreak Perfected. They did buff Arc abilities recently but most teams still rely on tethers, nova bombs, Well of Radiance and maybe a melting point Titan for more challenging missions. When you go into Reckoning Tier 3 with randoms and you see an Arcstrider all you can do is roll your eyes. Yes, what they did to the Whisper kinda sucks. Not so much for the nerf, but because Bungie gave unlimited ammo in the first place and then decided it was broken several months later. Am I leaving the game, no. Destiny is still one of the most beautiful games out there whatever the issues. Though when I get the catalyst for Outbreak next week there won't be much for me to do until Opulence.

I switched over to FFXIV months ago and never looked back. Even if destiny somehow ends up becoming good I'll never return, it's still fun to come back to these forums for a good laugh though.

I can tell someone is mad salty about not having infinite supers lol, but this change doesn't really affect anything anyway, 99% of the time you will still have your super back for when you need it, maybe stop whining.

Guys...this is too much overreacting. This "No hope", this "Wake up Bungie". I'm sick of it. I get it. Nerfs suck. But seriously, your livelihood isn't at stake here. You aren't going to die if things change. You aren't breaking your wallets. You aren't giving up who you are. You aren't bound to play the game. You aren't forced to do anything. If you don't like it that's cool. This hobby? You can stop. You can do other things If you like the game great. Keep at it. Life is way too short for this level of salt. Chill out, grow up, and move on.

Where did the rest of the player base have any say? I despise 90% of streamers because 90% of them literally do not care about the entire game nor the player base best interest and Bungie thinks these people are the best solution for this game? People that mainly only care about themselves, PvP, their next subscriber? Anyone, enlighten me on how that is helping to create a game for the player base? When D2 released I knew as most knew it had its issues. I thought okay, nothing new with this company just give it time right? Then Forsaken dropped and I thought okay, they are heading in the right direction so that is a good thing, now they just need to update the vendors properly, bring back factions, update the strikes, raids, nightfall, etc... by adding loot to the game giving gamers items to chase among other things. [spoiler]Nope, instead of actually improving the loot system and improving the progression system they went the complete opposite. Um, hmm... if I'm correct improving them things is what Bungie said was their goal prior to Forsaken being released. They miss lead everyone to believe one thing but they did another. I don't care what anyone says, adding 1 weapon here and there or, adding 1 gear piece here and there is not improving the loot system when removing content like factions, refusing to properly update the vendors giving them an actual inventory like D1. Refusing to add new loot and using duplicates as a form of a "new item" but most of it is the exact same item with just the name changed or the perk placed in a different order. This is lazy development no matter what anyone says.[/spoiler] I like D2 because its activities even though some of it IMO shouldn't have ever been a PvP/PvE. I like D2 because of the skybox knowing how that team put the effort into creating it I like D2 because it has that Halo feel when using weapons I like D2 because of the abilities we get to use I like D2 because when you do have friends, it makes a world a difference, any game for that matter These are only some of the things I like about D2, but when everything else that is actually important about a game like this is either broken or on the edge of being broken? None of what I said matters and it would be me only playing a game just to play it out of habit. Nope, I bought the game to enjoy my time playing the game, not to spend my time wasting my time like it's another job because the lack of effort this company has put into it to actually improve it.

I stopped playing for this exact reason, haven't played this game since forsaken (you can check my profile for proof). It just got to the point where I was like: "What am I doing...again?" "Why am I here?"// "How much do I have to pay to become legend again?"// "Why wasn't this here before?"// "Who was I before--- I'm sure you know where I'm going with this.

Deleting the game simply means that Bungie no longer has to use server capacity to acommodate you. If you really want to make a point, you have to pass on future Bungie projects. Just sayin'.
