Also isn't breaking up the meta and allowing less BS easy plays going to potentially invite more players back into PvP rather than push people away?
People aren't happy at the nerf but nobody ever is happy with a nerf to something they enjoy abusing or just got. Those people including myself will just adapt to the NEW meta and move on. Hell, Luna's and NF will likely remain in the meta anyway and there will be little real change.
Do you have a shred of skill with a hand canon? Yes? You'll be fine. It'll be harder to adapt with Luna's than NF.

I mean I have Luna's and the recluse, I'd like to think I understand what most people go through. Getting Luna's was a -blam!-, everyone else already had it for an entire season, I got lucky and found a decent team along my journey to fabled. Getting the recluse was a bigger -blam!- and took far longer. The game has changed very much for the worse over time for several reasons and as if that's not bad enough, this time I was alone for the entire duration with the exception of 2 games in which I was destroyed. Between that and QP being a safe haven for sweats who want free easy games, I think I understand a little...
