This nerf is a bad idea, I’d rather they improve other weapons to be more competitive. PvP has more important issues to address such as woeful match making.

There are plenty of great weapons out there already. The problem is Luna and NF made those weapons irrelevant because they were too powerful in comparison. Vigilance Wing is just excellent all-around, able to 2-shot if enough of bullets connect per burst. Ace of Spades was everywhere in Crucible until more people got Luna and NF. The Last Word is excellent, even among the Luna/NF meta. Bygones has been an excellent all-arounder since Forsaken released. Galliard can work wonders if it has a good roll and a steady hand. Recluse is top-notch with its perk active, and even without it it's a great weapon for Crucible. Buffing other things right now would be a mistake, because we don't know what people will gravitate toward when Luna and NF are brought down a peg. Maybe VW and GL will return to the top, or maybe something completely unexpected will appear. We won't know until the nerf comes.
