I solo and duo qued my lunas last season and have gotten to 1500 so far this season doing the same thing. Oh and i did it with an average of 1.06 k/d in comp.
You dont have to be a god, or even really good for that matter. What you do need to be is a team player, patient, and familiarize yourself with countdown and survival strategies, and counters for them.
It also help to learn how to predict and control enemies movements, use the right weapons for each map and enemy team. Stay alive while a teamate is using super and gind their orbs. Its hard to coordinate certain things while not in s full team, but if you watch the kill feed and keep a general knowledge of where your team is at, then you can fill in the blanks.
