Division 2 is amazing. Level up with gear by doing literally anything in the game. Gear drops and you pick it up and equip it- no infusion cost crap. ITS ACTUALLY MUCH MORE “IMPACTFUL” THAN THIS CRAP BECAUSE I CAN HAVE FUN. Remember fun, Bungie?

I would buy it. But there are so many things and games I want to get and I barely get paid a very low amount per week. Family problems and all. 163 bucks per week is 63. Plus BILLS. Cuphead on switch it coming. Hollow Knight: Silksong. People have been saying Castle Crashers remastered is coming on switch. Yoshis Crafted World. Persona 5 R. I want Sekiro. Splatoon 2. I also want Galaxy S10. A gaming PC, etc. Sometimes I feel bad for people who play nothing but one game. They miss so much stuff.

You can pick up a powerful weapon and use it right away in Destiny as well. If anything division is a disadvantage in the infusion market, because they don’t even have it, you have to use what you pick up as more powerful

In Destiny you can't open Lost Sector chest and find better weapon. The problem with Destiny is it's castrated in terms of RPG elements. And Bungie don't want to learn from real RPG. In Division 2 you have same weapons on every grade of gear. You could find M4 assault rifle on green, blue, purple and gold. Destiny for some reason cuted 40% of weapons on level cap, cause blue and green don't have purple versions. Loot should be ultimate reward. If every chest in the game have weapon, armor and recourses for craft, Bungie don't have to create quest step where you should run 15 lost sectors for something useless outside this quest. They could add craft with Black Armory and made all exotics except Last Word rare blueprints with rarest materials in raids etc. Just imagine every drop of the game have a chance to be higher level and for sure be on your current level. So year 1 raids still mean something, heroic adventures mean something, all year 1 content could be available. This is what Division 2 is. Game, where loot is your ultimate reward in every activity. Yes, you still dismantle or sell 80% of loot on level cap, but you get recourses and money from it. How about sell exotics to Spider for masterwork cores? How about dismantle Prime weapons and get materials to cruft it. So much potential in Destiny, but Bungie could only do another boring horde mode and super limited lootpool closed by insane RNG.

  • The difference is that in Division 2, *every* drop is at your current level. So no matter if you log in for 30 minutes or 4 hours, it is rewarding to some degree. In Destiny 2, other than your milestone rewards, every drop is at 20 or so points below your current LL, making most of them insta-shard (look up "unrewarding" in the dictionary and you'll see a picture of my 1,047th Edge Transit). They need to remove the soft cap altogether. Every drop needs to be at the players current LL, whether it's a rare or a legendary (increases only come from milestones the way it currently works). Add the ability to reskin gear (whether it's a transmog system or some other mechanic) and add Year 2 random rolls to all of the Year 1 armor, and you could almost drop infusion (and all of the headaches that come with it) from the game altogether.

  • Yes as you are progressing you will get constant drops. At endgame top levels it will be a grind to get what you want. There's absolutely nothing stopping you from not using the infusion system in Destiny you can literally use what you pick up if you want. I play Anthem last night for 3 hours and didn't get one new piece of gear, it'll happen to you in the Division as well.

Wrong about what? Are you saying you're top tier max gear in Division 2 already and every drop you get you can use? Are you saying that at Anthem endgame that every piece of gear is usable? Are you saying Desiny didn't provide you with usable drops that progressed you to the endgame grind loop? Are you saying you can't progress in Destiny without infusion?

  • Sure, you can not infuse in Destiny 2, it's ok. But in Division you will never end up with two useless sidearms, or sniper and shotgun, that use unique ammo and barely have 40 to both weapons in stock. Destiny 2 right now have too many crappy weapons and stupid weapon slot system to "not infuse" And in Division 2 your overall look not depend on armor. I use shirts, pants and boots like I want and backpacks easily changed by simple paint. Everything else have very small impact on the overall look of your character. Meanwhile in Destiny I use grandma helmet from spider bounty, neon snake chest from Gambit prime and boots from Scourge of the past raid. There is no shader on this planet that could help to make this looks at least not stupid. So, Division 2 still better as loot game. Sorry.

  • I got purple tactical shotgun couple days ago. I barely started to enjoy it and *boom* yesterday I got gold version of it with faster reload perk. And it's happend everywhere in this game. You have a lot and all you have to do is try different weapons and have fun.=) Division 2 are really best looter-shooter right now, sorry haters.

  • Dude the Division is pretty fun and the sequel sounds even better but ultimately it’s a 3rd person shooter. Destiny’s shooting mechanics for a FPS are the greatest, bar none. No hate required to understand why the division isn’t better if you prefer FPS games like I do. Now borderlands on the other hand...if the pax East gearbox announcement tomorrow is a big one then destiny may be in for a fight.

  • Well, yes, it's different shooting style. But I should say AI in Division 2 are very impressive. Enemies act like they really react on your own actions. Gunfight in Division 2 are more intresting and hard in good manner cause of this AI. And weapons way better, then Destiny 2 and even Division 1. I prefer FPS too, but if you'll give a chance to Division 2 it will be your best friend.=) And I can't wait this Borderlands game too, btw!

  • If it had an option for first person id be sold. Even portal knights had both. If destiny had a third person option they would have more players that dont like 1st its an easy fix we can do it in the tower. Bungie is too controlling and stubborn to actually process the feedback they get. They dont even read it they "process the data" through a computer that tells them how to make money. Too bad i love this game franchise but after playing the crap out of kingdom hearts the last few days i remembered having fun and not getting kicked because of server instability and ignored by the help forums or told its on my end when im an It professional with fiber.

  • I hear ya dude. Division 1 was great fun after bungie finally pissed me tf off with curse of Osiris. If they put survival into division 2 I’ll be there much sooner. That’s my shit
