If people were complaining about the amount of cores they get, I’d be happy. But people don’t care how many they get, they want them removed entirely from infusing. And from that standpoint bungie’s decision is a terrible one and they should really read these posts more thoroughly.

I don’t see a problem with cores anyway...Stop wasting them infusing everything up every two levels

I would be fine with enhancement cores if there were more ways to earn them. That and also have enhancement cores alongside masterwork cores

I honestly just want to know why they are so persistent and stand offish with the cores lol. Why are they so determined to keep them?

I get to run milestones for 6 weeks to get 700 and get enough infusion fodder and cores to bring the gear I really want to use up to that LL. Just to turn around another 6-7 weeks after that and do it all over again. I'm just starting to feel like Sisyphus. Enhancement cores aren't the only problem, it's really that this game is so dry on loot that all there is to do is chase numbers.

Bungie needs to stop when it comes to making comments that are misleading to what this game has actually become. Trying to get most of the player base to believe that the cores are meant for gamers "to make meaningful choices" is not true at all. The way this game is designed it has far fewer options then it should have that leaves less interest in wanting to level up a lot of the gear in this game among weapons. Making meaningful choices should not lead to limited options that it is kind of forcing gamers to only use certain items, [b](there should always be a variety option's given to the gamer when it comes to progression)[/b] IMO Bungie seriously needs to look at D1 progression system and what it actually offered that kept many gamers interest in wanting to level up most of the gear in the game and weapons. Most of it was worth the times spent grinding in the game. When most don't like the grind in D2, it's common sense to say that, that is a big red flag that they need to change their ways on how they have been handling this game. [b](No people, this is not a "hardcore gamers game" nor is it a "casuals gamers game".)[/b] Those are just only labels some of you guys made up for yourself and nothing more as an excuse for some of you to either play the game or not to play the game. Think about this... [spoiler] If you are grinding for everything Bungie wants you to each and every week to level up or acquire certain items? You're not a casual gamer. Casual gamers don't play along with what they are told to do, yet the ones that say they're a casual gamer are doing exactly what Bungie wants them to do every single week. If you're grinding for everything in this game knowing there really isn't much to grind for at all other then material to level up? You are not a hardcore gamer, you are only grinding at the mercy of RNG that is far worse off then D1 ever was.[/spoiler] Putting as many limits as Bungie has in this game that was way overdone because of the lack of in-game content has hurt this game more than anything else. As I have been saying for a while, there are many small things Bungie can do right now that would actually improve this game. The problem is, they have refused to and since they have it is why so many gamers have been unhappy with the direction this company has taken with this game. Bungie literally needs to stop with this obsession on controlling how gamers play their game and give them more options that will allow them to play how they would like to play the game.

There was no real reason to take away scrapper bounties.
