Warmind Override Frequencies
My inventory after logging out has changed. I am missing my "Override Frequency", Rare item and I can't make a new Override Frequency. I have quantity 17 "Resonate Stem", Uncommon item and can't Use item.
I am on PS4 under the PSN Account "Kuta_of_kismet".
