I think part of what Byf is trying to do in the vid is show others that depression is real, they are not alone and there are ways to get support. He mentions his friends and getting therapy. He also mentions that part of why he feels bad is that he has had this platform for a while and has not used it to help those like him. He has kept his issue to himself instead of putting it out there to potentially help others.
