Only Fix I know of for this is putting NVIDIA Drivers into Debug Mode! Helping Spread the word to fix this! I know its frustrating. https://www.evga.com/support/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=59594
This declocks the OC to stock NVIDIA Graphics card settings....GG Bungie you monkeys.... Happened since Warmind update apparently.

This does not work for everyone. It's merely one of the possible fixes. So many 'fixes' and yet none of them work for me.
