Sure, and I believe that all average players will get it without too much fuss, but the concept of 5 wins for this timed event just kind of highlights yet another problem with the PvP system in general.
Honestly I wish that Bungie would give up on the notion of a truly competitive play, give us our skill trees and crazy gear and abilities back, and make Destiny PvP just plain ludicrous and hectic. Forget trying to be a competitive game, just make it a fun one.

I agree with you about making us feel powerful again by making crazy gear and weapons. However the fact remains that D2 does have a competative community and while i could not possibly care any less about competative side of pvp they shoukd not ditch it overall. With that said they need to stop letting pvp dictate the future of the game. I truly believe D2s abismal launch was the result of bungie trying to balance pvp out and they failed hard.
