Just my opinion so take it just as that but, I personally love the current matchmaking system in Quickplay 6v6. It feels great. Load times are crazy fast. I mainly solo queue and before I used to always play stacked teams of 4 where as now it is usually very relaxed solo queue players and a few teams of 2 and 3. Quickplay is indeed a low intensity and fun playlist now. Sure you will sometimes get matched against a full team of sweaties every now and then but that's not the majority of the matches. Now we get random lobbies which is exciting and chill. My personal vote is a thumbs up to leave matchmaking as currently is for 6v6 Quickplay. 👍
Also, I love the new matchmaking changes to the competitive playlist. Finally matchmaking is based on your rank! Rank is finally a testament to your team's skill, as it should always be in ranked competitive.

Load times on PS4 suck. The matches are completely unbalanced

It’s not that. I’m a decent player. It’s the huge disparity in score. Weather winning by 70 or losing by 70. It can’t be fun either way. I usually win but loose most of time now. I just can’t imagine that it’s fun to dominate all the time or get ur ass kicked most of the time

Variety is the spice of life. I like the variety of Quickplay. However just saying in all honesty... winning easy games doesn't get old... When you end up in easy lobbies you can either practice with non meta loadouts and/or just trying to push yourself to get more kills than usual. Not bragging by any means but I'm an above average player, so I am enjoying the easier lobbies now and getting lots of We Ran Out of Medals every 2 or 3 matches... I enjoy the random chaos of the current Quickplay matchmaking... It's exciting and fun for me personally.

Also I can see how a below average players may dislike the more difficult competition, but it is hopefully encouragement to practice and get better which is part of the fun of playing... Seeing yourself get better and enjoying the benefits of your improvements.
