Wait, I thought matchmaking was always f-‘ed up.
1) stop matchmaking me with people in other continents during peak hours.
2) hit registration sucks. I’ll be hitting my mark and enemy doesn’t take damage. My ttk on someone else sucks while others 2 shot me w Suros Regime.
3) I have people on my friends list who are legionnaire on all game modes playing in stacked teams lowest guys 2+ kd (NOT kda or kad) and I get matched against them when people on my teams are all average stat solo blueberries (like me). This happened way before this stinking patch.
Just give us dedicated server, or something that resembles a normal game. It is not my connection either, because my upload and download speed on ps4 is 200-500mbps.
Also, I only play solo now because whenever I get in a team even wackier things will happen. I take it that if there are pre-made teams then the server will have to negotiate information between players that would not have been matchmade to begin with.
Solution:
Perhaps there is a parameter that will allow the player to dial in favor of connection or not, and can set how strict or narrow I want the match to adhere. The stricter the parameter, the longer the search will be.
I won’t even mind if the game informs me of someone on my team doesn’t make the cut. I can at least decide whether I want to loosen my search parameters to accommodate a friend even if their connection sucks.
But as of now, matchmaking sucks. Thanks for admitting it, but it’s not just recently that this is happening.
