Crucible (in general) is atrocious
Getting shot around corners by crouching camping opponents
Hunters bouncing around like fleas (Hive style infestation of PvP)
The ArcStrider super is so 'hit friendly' you can be killed by someone in Crucible (whilst you're on another map!😆)
Striker Titans that couldn't strike a match with the 'super' damage
Sentinel super hit detection is 'Close eyes and hope'
Invisible opponents (love being paired with Russians, Colombia & Arabic nations & the teleport/invincible perks - *special mention to the French & Germans with their lagswitchingglitchin connections)
Spawn point stalking
The moment someone cheats so badly he goes from 7/9/13 kills in previous matches to 40+ with a 23 efficiency
6v6 with god damn awful radar (don't you just love walking around a corner to suddenly see/fight 6 crouching hand holding 'team shot' opponents), slow ttk (that stops you from having any chance of escaping previous scenario), 11 people competing over heavy (dumb folk rushing to grab it - whilst opponents use as bait), minute maps that are full of kill boxes, choke points and sniper lanes (flanking opponents now trickier with 6)
No real reason to control in control, with the mass majority playing clash (flipping the spawn points and losing match)
It needs scraping and rebuilding from scratch
Starting with DEDICATED servers (this new p2p hybrid system is a hackers dream)
That said
[b]Never[/b] nerf any weapon/armour because of PvP
Buff every other option - create alternative tactics

I'm not a super crucible fan or anything by any means in fact i used to not play at all because of the state it was in. That said, Connectivity issues aside it is still significantly better, hell i even play some now. That said, there are still issues that need worked on. Hunter's jumping around like flees? Sential titan missing? That sounds like a player problem IMO. As for connections from different countries, i hate to break it too you but Dedicated servers don't solve EVERY problem. I've played on many dedicated servers on several games. There is still lag. Spawn point stalking is a problem, but that loops in the kill box problem and small design. That said. A complete rework isn't at all necessary. I say that for two reason's. 1: because it seems like a lot of your issues were from personal experience. That being said i think a lot of people will say its just you.(I don't care if it is or isn't that's just outside observation.) 2: I don't think you understand the time it would take to completely redo crucible. It just isn't a smart move. Also with the recent changes A LOT of people really enjoy crucible even with its short coming. So as long as they keep improving it that's good enough for this guy~

Edited by Demon_XXVII: 7/27/2018 6:02:18 PMI actually liked D2 Crucible, with the 4v4 But then with 6v6 on maps designed for 8 players It's gone even laggier (smaller player base makes it more difficult to find matches too) Dedicated servers might not be 100% - but it's gotta be better than P2P (that rarely ever works well for 3+ multiplayer games) And being in the UK (stable, hard wired net), I have to contend with many nations in Europe with some ridiculous connection issues .....Turkish, Portuguese, Russian & Norwegian opponents = invisible Warlocks/Titans Fair enough You keep shooting, Guardian
