As someone who's thoroughly enjoying quick play right now, I beg you dont change anything. I'm enjoying getting into a match were I'm not playing at the highest level necessary. I don't have to sweat and I feel like I'm doing good a crucible now. It's probably just because I'm placed to high in my skill bracket when i shouldn't be, but quickplay has been so much fun, and most of my matches are still pretty close. Please leave it!!!

Why? Because you're playing against potatoes and you like farming kills? Meanwhile Potatoes are hating this change. Selfish.

I have to disagree. Not to brag but just so you see my perspective. I am a 2kd+ player, nearly 3 efficiency, top 500 on multiple playlists. I can't express how bad prior to the july update crucible was for me (its the reason why i stopped playing for months). You see, the average kd for destiny 2 is 0.76, my kd is in the .9% for the game. Before, i would match full 4 stacks of my skill level literally 90% of my games, these were people who didn't live close to my locations which resulted in lag and basically mercy rules 70% of the games. The better you are, the least people there are of your skill level and the more lag there is. It got to the point where my not so good friends never wanted to play pvp with me, only trials as it was the least sweatiest playlist. I see your point of, "You just want to stomp people that aren't as good". Its a valid point but shouldn't I be rewarded for being better? My teammates aren't gods, yes im averaging 40 eliminations now but dont I deserve it? Its 6v6, if 1 team has 1 amazing player it doesn't mean anything. The ttk in this game is so high you can't carry. Just because 1 team has 1 great player doesn't mean you just ignore the other 5 that aren't as good. Do you think i win all my matches? No, i win ~80% of them because i do well and i deserve to win. I'm willing to bet you don't find pvp gods every single match. Also you get better by playing better people, will someone stomp you and not be fun? Hell yeah, but its 1/6 players not the whole team.

Edited by Chaxter: 7/27/2018 6:03:04 PMIts not selfish. Thats just how any game goes. This isn't a competitive environment, so losing isnt a big deal. However, I can see the frustration with lower skilled players. (I'm not saying I'm highly skilled by any means.) It's just nice to have matches where I don't care if I win, becuase the other team is doing poorly, or if I lose, due to me being hopelessly out matched. I enjoy the stress free nature of it, in contrast with the heavy skill weighted matchmaking I was dealing with before.
