Haha good on you bud. That’s a ridiculous state of affairs if you have to abandon your playtime just to cater for random folks. They need to focus their frustrations on bungie not you

please in your infinite wisdom explain who this person would need to abandon their playtime in any way. being polite would have taken all of a few seconds of walking out of the zone and back in.

Dosent that work both ways tho, cant they just hop around until they find an empty instance. What if he said he was waiting for his friends to join him should they have left? Its bad design, having to ask people to leave an instance is idiotic...yell at bungie, not people who want to continue playing when and where they are

no, it is much more difficult to coordinate 9 into one area, than 1 person who was asked nicely to just walk a few feet. courtesy is not much to ask for, it's a shame people feel they are not due to use it.

while this is a design flaw, this should never have come to be, period. it was childish to do, then just being a bastard to come here and tell the world. a few seconds wouldn't hurt anyone's game play time to let others play through

we can all see both sides, the OP is in the wrong, no matter how you slice it. until a change can be made people need to be more helpful of those trying to accomplish something. it would have cost them nothing, no stoppage of play, no money or anything.

Actually ...he would have to stop playing and leave and find another instance Like i said i see both sides of the argument. I can see how someone coming up and asking me to leave so me and my friends can take over would bother someone. I can see that while overall an inconsequential act to leave, it may bother someone to be asked to leave I can see how they put the time and effort into getting a 9 stack together and asking for the courtesy of the space is not really a big issue I can also see that its just a touch, arrogant that someone would ask someone else to stop what they are doing to cater to them. I can see that it wouldnt really be a bother to him to leave beyond personal.minor inconvenience I see both sides, i understand where both are coming from, the only ones at fault are bungie for deploying a system that needs these types of actions to function

Is there something to be said about a random stranger coming up and asking me to stop what i am doing to accomodate their goals that dont align with my intent at the moment....yeah.. 2 ways to look at it...both sides...you obviously have picked one to focus on In my eyes its bungies fault for even making this the optimum way to complete EP

We all know get, it’s bungos fault. However if you or someone is so petty and weak to think someone politely asking if you could take 20 seconds to zone to a new instance. So the group who spent the last half hour to hour finally getting in the same instance. Then you and these people need to seek clinical help. And everyone throwing around the word “right “ . As in “it’s my right” snowflakes!! How about do the RIGHT thing and be courteous and help. But that is not self serving, and that folks is what it boils down to.

Petty and weak? Why not invite the guy instead of asking him to leave, since you say petty and weak, why dont you tough it out and you keep going til you find an empty zone since you are worried about people being weak
