How to improve Crimson

EDIT: So Crimson is confirmed getting a buff, increased Ammo reserves... and increased damage to be equal to other Hand Cannons- cause it's damage was based around Pulse rifles... so it will kill slightly faster. While not what I hoped for... it's a buff. As well, when you Masterwork it, it gets maxed Range from 60 to 100, so I'm okay with this! The exotic update is coming in... and with that changes to the exotics. And with the team saying they won't nerf Vigilance Wing- but instead buff other weapons around Vig's kill time... I had an idea for Crimson. If possible... a faster fire rate. Keep the three trigger pulls to kill- but make it faster so that you don't exactly notice you need three pulls to kill. It would bring it up to par with the kill time on Vig I think without breaking it. And if nothing else, a quality of life change to make it so that it doesn't require a precision kill to regen your mag would be nice- similar to how the gun it's based on, Red Death, was. The thing has the ammo pool of a Hand Cannon but the Mechanics and bullet usage of a Pulse Rifle... at least give us refill on just a kill. EDIT: I realize that due to it being a Hand Cannon that acts like a Pulse Rifle... it's gonna be hard to balance between Body vs Head Shots... but can the devs decide on what it belongs in? You wanna treat it like a Hand Cannon, but give it damage of a pulse... make up your minds!

    No. All the exotics are already "Exotic" Vigilance Wing needs nerfed period. A exotic weapon is a weapon that does something crazy that no other gun can do not be a point and win weapon. These "exotic" buffs aren't gonna make them "Exotic" its gonna make them OP which apparently is the definition of "exotic" to a majority of the player base. Exotics are fine nerf Vigilance Wing.
