I'm having the same issue and I called Sony Playstation directly and they told me that the Redemption Code had expired and they could do nothing about it. They told me I needed to work directly with Bungie to resolve the issue and get a new redemption code that wasn't expired. I've been unsuccessful at calling anyone at Bungie since there are no phone numbers that I can find on this website. My code came inside of a sealed package of the game which I bought from Toys R Us with no indications that it was a limited time offer and that the redemption codes would expire. Toys R Us won't be able to provide a replacement code since this was a sealed package from Bungie and has nothing to do with the retailer - plus they're going out of business and all sales are final.

DLC CODES shouldn't expire. I know they do but that's some b.s. If u r buying an unopened game that is a pkg deal/complete edition, that shouldn't expire. Ridiculous. How the eff is toys r us going to help? They're not. U shouldn't b stuck with this problem & next in line to correct issue should absolutely b bungie/activision. U should b able to show them receipt for new copy of the complete d1 experience & have your codes replaced with working 1's. Absolutely absurd if they don't. Selling a product advertising all content included yet codes for it expire falls under false advertising/misleading pkg'ing. U pay for complete edition, it better b complete.

There might be a date on the back of the dlc paper. I noticed it’s common for the dlc codes to have a year or two expiration after release. If so I’m sorry.

Hello. I replied to your post. Unfortunately, Bungie cannot assist since they are not the retailer and don't provide replacement codes.
