redeem code not working

I JUST BOUGHT DSTINY COLLECTION AND INSIDE I HAVE A CODE WHICH UNLOCKS ALL THE CHAPTERS EXPANSION 1 AND 2 HOUSE OF WOLFER TAKENKING RISE OF IRON AS SOON AS I ENTER THE REDEEM CODE IN PLAYSTATION IT SAYS ERROR WHAT ARE HE REASONS

    • I'm having the same issue and I called Sony Playstation directly and they told me that the Redemption Code had expired and they could do nothing about it. They told me I needed to work directly with Bungie to resolve the issue and get a new redemption code that wasn't expired. I've been unsuccessful at calling anyone at Bungie since there are no phone numbers that I can find on this website. My code came inside of a sealed package of the game which I bought from Toys R Us with no indications that it was a limited time offer and that the redemption codes would expire. Toys R Us won't be able to provide a replacement code since this was a sealed package from Bungie and has nothing to do with the retailer - plus they're going out of business and all sales are final.

      • If you bought it new it likely has expired. If you bought it used it was likely used by the initial owner, if by some miracle it wasn't used by the original owner, it's likely expired. Either way, you will want to try returning it to the retailer and but it off the ps store.

      • Hi, Are you mistakenly entering letters or numbers that look like each other. Another is the game you bought used, if so the codes might have already been redeemed. If not that those I’d probably have you check with PlayStation Hope I could help , Sincerely C.Young :)

      • You would need to reach out to playstation for answers, bungie really doesnt do much with codes.
