Iron Banner 6v6 is being postponed
Due to a late-breaking issue that’s been discovered through internal testing, Iron Banner 6v6 is being postponed.
We’ve found that all players in 6v6 matches are returned to Orbit with ANTEATER errors when reaching certain score and timer conditions. We are actively working on a fix for this issue, but will not be able to release this by April 10.
As such, Rumble will be replacing Iron Banner next week as the featured gametype in the Weekly Crucible playlist. As noted in yesterday’s blog update, Rumble will now feature 6-player Free-for-all with additional spawn fixes coming in Hotfix 1.1.4.1 on Tuesday. Iron Banner will return as soon as we can issue a fix. Sorry for the inconvenience.

After two minutes and 30 seconds the other team starts to get kicked how to go flawless a trials you’re welcome

I mean who's honestly surprised at this point. Hell we are still waiting on strike modifiers cause of an unexpected issue. Still no emot wheel. Shader system is still the dumbest thing ever. I really want this game to be fixed to where it's worth my time and I don't get bored after an hour but let's be real an unexpected issue will arise and we will still have a busted game going forward. 😑😐😔

That or the engine that you guys are working on, is so difficult to work with, the crunch time is so stressful, and it is impossible to add people to the team without further complicating the situation. It’s like you guys are trying to sabotage your own game, because you’re just done with the stress. This could be happening subconsciously. The Banner was literally the only thing I was looking forward to .

This game was a disappointment. Everything that happened after after September 6th has been nothing but one clumsy foot tripping the other.. bungie needs to burn destiny 2.. learn from their "mistakes" and get away from the number 2.. the only content creators still sticking around are literally just hoping to thrive off what little fanbase remains.. yes they've taken a lot of small steps forward since launch, but they will never add up to all the large steps they took backwards.. anyone still defending this game and its "direction" is holding onto false hope

Just another fuxing reason not to trust anything bungie says. This company is toxic and just doesn't care. You build up so much hype on nightfall specific loot. We need more time to make awesome RE-SKINNED GHOSTS SHIPS AND SPARROWS. WE HAVE POSTPONED THE RELEASE OF 6V6 IRON BANNER?? how do you all just discover a glitch making the most anticipated 6v6 pvp game mode? 4 days before release?? How long has this road map been in place? Only now bugs are discovered. You are still pulling the same tricks and BS stunts as before. DO NOT TRUST BUNGIE. THEY ARE TOXIC AF unbelievable and trully disappointed.

This is disappointing. There must surely be checks and balances in place to weed these kinds of problems out much earlier. Whats important next is to explain how this has happened and what you are doing to remedy it so it doesn't happen in future. If the studio doesn't explain this then its another communication blunder that your just stacking one on top of another. Its not the fact that Iron Banner isn't happening this week that is the real problem. These things will happen during ongoing development. Its the communication of 'why has this happened' and the 'how do we fix it' that are important.

197 RepliesYou announced 6v6 IB 1/31, that gave you 9 weeks to get it together. We just found an error..... 4 days before release. I don't think I really need to expand on that, we already know this is business as usual.

What is of concern is that almost all deliveries have had issues. The latest march 27 had code pulled out regarding fixing the repetitive game play. Roadmap plans for core changes essentially moved to fall. Needed another month for basically reskinned nightfall loot which ended up being underwhelming.It just seems to be a lot of scrambling occurring here for a large IT shop. If I was the program director I would be very concerned. Based on my experience in the It world, its probably an internal communication issue and very aggressive timeline.

15 RepliesGuys. So many people on these forums have been so blatantly, pointlessly hateful recently. Of course you can say whatever you want, and [i]should[/i] say what you feel needs to be said. But just take a step back and think about it first. This is a small thing in a big universe. If you care about it, great. If you want it to change, great. Voice your opinion. But remember that there is so much more than this little corner of the universe. There are other things to be angry at and other ways to fight for what you believe. Hatred towards those on the other side of an argument accomplishes NOTHING. The argument itself MUST be the problem. Not the people you disagree with. We are a speck. The world will keep turning. Think about it.
