Can you ask the dev team to rework the upvote system? Separate the dislikes and likes so it isn't abused as much. I grow tired of the raging twelve year-olds addicted to salt down voting the positive posts.

Edited by Takin Ajit Guys: 2/13/2018 4:27:46 PMI wasn't speaking about this post. I think it's positive to see Bungie explain in depth about community concerns. Some people don't see it that way and that's perfectly fine. I am speaking about posts taking about lore and other positive topics being brought up by other members of the community being downvoted because they are one of the very few here being positive. That pisses me off beyond belief. That is the reason I asked them about that problem. Bashing people for liking a game you don't comes from a place of ignorance.

You speak truth and I apologise for misunderstanding what you meant.
-
Actually it‘s the same the other way around. If you hate on the game you‘re getting bashed by butthurt fanboys on a personal level almost immediately.
-
I was speaking about as a whole. The post with actual constructive criticism are being affected as well.
-
There are idiots on both sides, yes. Since there‘re far more haters than fanboys (because the game objectively sucks), there’s also more backlash against positive posts than against negative posts. If the game would be better, the negativity wouldn‘t be that big of a deal. That‘s why banning the trolls wouldn‘t help at all.
That‘s why banning the trolls wouldn‘t help at all.
Yes it will lol. Less cancer. Otherwise agreed.
-
The devs are the cancer to this franchise, not people that are pissed about a bad game. If you ban the haters, your game won‘t improve at all since there‘s no reason to make it better because the fanboys suck everything up with pleasure no matter what.
-
Actually no. The trolls don't care about the game. They care about their fix.
-
You don‘t get the point: The more hate a game gets, the more incentive the developer has to bring in to fix it. The people aren‘t hating good things, they hate obvious and blatant flaws that shouldn‘t be in the game at all. The game won‘t get better just because you remove the negative posts. They‘re just a symptom, not the cause.

And lethalviper is the cure?
-
Well, he brings important facts on the table that no fanboy or bungle employee wants to read.

There is no yen without yang. To shove your head in the sand all the time just exposes your rectum.
