It really is going to be the same old same old. We already know that Bungie won't remove The Eververse. Because it makes them revenue by exploiting those with gambling issues and the whales that eat it up. Changing anything from The Eververse would also cause a backlash to those who have purchased multiple Engrams for a chance to try and get a full set of armor/ship/ghost/etc. But it's already given that Bungie will finally allow its players to purchase items directly from The Eververse with Bright Dust instead of a weekly pool chosen at random, to eliminate the RNG factor by a good amount, while still retaining revenue from selling Engrams for Bright Dust. There will be a meltdown if the items suddenly cost more Bright Dust to purchase or items dismantle in a lot less Bright Dust than before after whatever Bungie has planned for, goes live. There won't be anything interesting for Thursday. Don't hype it up to be anything more than a glorified apology that was pulled out of Bungie's PR team after a knee jerk reaction.
