650 RepliesWe have quite a bit of info to go over on Thursday. We've been listening to feedback over the last month and a half, and we're excited to share what will be done to address it. Don't forget to butter that popcorn.

1 ReplyNothing to laugh about. They're listening. Just like they've been listening since year one. Bungie would make one helluva boyfriend. Sensitive, caring and listens to everything you say. Lazy because they never act but listens intimately. Bungie needs to stop treating us like idiots and start having open communication about what they've done and what the plan is. It seems like anything they try to pass by us they never succeed and yet they try anyway. Ive been here since day 1. All I hear is we're listening. They finally got the game that everyone loves when ttk released. All momentum stopped there. They shifted to the new game. The new game was scratched and rebooted in the 11th hour as joker says. No feedback or open communication. My clan, who were hardcore D1 fans, don't log into to D2 anymore. Everyone went their own separate ways. Some to fortnite. Some to COD. Some play solo games. We're all looking for reasons to play D2 but there are none. End game is not rewarded properly. You shouldnt be able to hit max light level, even though max light means nothing, without the use of raids or prestige events. I haven't set foot in the raid and I hit max light the first time around. I haven't bothered this time. D1 was light years ahead of D2. They don't tell you why they did not carry modifiers forward. They don't tell you why they scrapped the daily mission. They don't tell you why they didn't carry Heroic strikes over when the game was released. No word on why they took bounties away as well as factions. The only thing that this game smells of is laziness. It makes sense that it became too hard. Money makes people soft. Bungie has earned lots of it therefore they don't have the same drive as before.

2 RepliesHere's what it'll be: Hello guardians we're glad that you enjoyed the dawning so much (cough) We've been hearing you, listening hard and you know what, you're all wrong. Suck our cocks. Eververse is great all hail Tess Everis. Here's a selection of horrible community videos Let us show you de wae.

8 RepliesWe need a twitch stream with actual developers and sandbox creators alongside Luke Smith to do a Q&A from the community. No bullshit just straight hard questions. That or a reddit ama. This community needs some feedback and not a bull s hit weekly update weeks too late. Deej just is a front man, there needs to be a forum with the real people behind the game. It seems they only use twitch to try and sell some s hitty dlc these days. Want some transparency? Let's put them on the chopping block.

59 RepliesThe Dawning was awesome blah blah blah pat ourselves on the back. We’re looking at changing Eververse but don’t want to give very many details at the moment. We hear you guardians. In the meantime we’ll have faction rally, iron banner, and crimson doubles. But we don’t want to give much detail. In the near future we’re going to discuss major changes to the game that will happen at some point in the future. Keep the the conversation going. We’re listening. Here’s your weekly videos The end

48 RepliesEdited by booris: 1/10/2018 4:34:27 PMWe should expect nothing more than this given Bungie's track record: > We are back, Guardians! > Congratulations, Cozmo! > word fluff > word fluff > word fluff > word fluff > word fluff > word fluff > We hear your feedback Guardians and are deploying a large patch in the coming weeks. Stay tuned. > MOTW (another boring Crucible montage with an abstract name) > We will keep listening to your feedback. Deej, out. P.S: Please keep your purse open for Eververse. You need to spendgame on the friendgame.

1 ReplyThe update will prominently feature the words "listening," "respect" and "mistake" (or variations thereof), you know, the usual placatory bullshit. The update will also contain a bare minimum of 20 promises and/or statement of facts that'll ultimately be proven entirely false.
-
Can safely say if I don’t hear what I want to hear, I’ll take my D1 veteran memories with me and promptly sell D2, I still can’t believe how pathetic this game is
-
1 ReplyI just can't believe they waited 3 weeks to say anything after this forum exploded with negative Eververse posts.

Bungies new update is Shit! Here's what Bungie can stop doing is -blam!-ing with the community who supplies their paychecks! Stop -blam!-ing with us and give us something worth while, instead of the same mass produced cookie cutter reskin shit we've been getting! Quit baiting gamers with Micro-transactions! Don't bite the hand that feeds you! You bunch of greedy SOB'S! We all pay damn good money for AAA not shit gaming! Y'all should burn in hell for your shitty methods you apply just to obtain a buck! Bungie is the king of empty promises especially since Destiny 1! Your lore is weak, gear is redundant, and PVP is boring as hell! I'd take your ass to the supreme court for fraud if I had my way! -blam!- you Bungie and all your corporate agenda! For those who keep feeding this greedy machine, beware! Your turning the gaming industry into a victimizing corporation that feeds on our youth to make credit card purchases without parental consent. Not only do they recycle the same material they implement exclusive material of the same dull exotics from Destiny 1. Destiny 2 should have been a DLC rather than a Standalone game. English

4 RepliesEdited by Evangelion: 1/10/2018 11:52:46 AMthis is more than just Eververse, which I couldn't give 2 shits about. Its about 2 primary weapons and no specials/heavy. useless 4v4 PvP 90% of gear /weapons being useless gutting D1 rather than building on it BAD design choices be bad project leaders like Luke Smith who should be fired ... that would be all i want to hear
-
Destiny 1 to PC so we can enjoy Destiny.
-
2 RepliesWe’ve heard you all loud and clear! We will be adding timers to the normal strike playlists! Keep that feedback coming!

Been laughing at this since launch. Why stop now.
-
A laugh? No. I'll be looking for something. A decision. Whether it be good or bad. Because right now, it's time to make it or break it. Bungie has got to be careful with thier words if they want to get the community and D2 back on course for the better. I like D2 as much as the next casual, and I don't want to see a series that I've happily invested in for 4+ years and want to continue investing in just end like that.
And don't expect Eververse to go. That's not gonna happen, and you know it. They'd be stupid if they did, and you're just as much for thinking they should. Think it through.
-
As a long time player and fan, nothing at this point will make me laugh. On the 11th I will either be a Destiny fan or an ex-Destiny fan. Just not willing to be played and strung along like a donkey anymore.
-
Increased Eververse options because the community demands it.

4 RepliesI dropped into The Division tonight instead of playing D2. I just started and just hit level 5. But even at this low level, I was a little mind-boggled at all the stats and numbers and gear attributes and ways to customize one's character and loadout. It's the complete opposite of Destiny 2. There is depth and complexity in the core systems, and it is a stark contrast to Destiny 2 The Vapor King. Bungie has a LOT of work to do. I think this should be an "all hands on deck" effort to fix this sinking ship. They need to formulate a thorough and specific plan of action to improve D2 based on the user feedback that has been pouring out of every crevice of the community as of late. Every available asset at Bungie should be put to work on this task of fixing D2. They need to stop whatever it is they are doing in support of some long-term future business plan and contribute to the immediate course-correction of this seriously ailing franchise.

As long as they don’t remove the mini game of repeatedly pressing X to remove shaders, then I will be happy. It is easily the most enjoyable part of the game. I love having to delete a stack of a 100 shaders to make room for that 3 stack of Atlantis Wash sitting in my postmaster.
-
1 Replyisn't this thing due out today? its mid-day on the east coast, hell is going on?
-
Butter starter packs and engrams cost 1000 silver in Eververse right now. Get em while they’re hot. If you’re lucky you’ll get the exotic popcorn bucket, salt emote and buttered popcorn shader through RNG.

My vote is on "Wasn't working as intended" "Loud and clear" "Working tirelessly" "Listening to feedback" "The dawning was a massive success" "Hey look over there!" *disappears*

People was so happy with destiny 1 even it has its issues but still at the time when there was lack of content, tons of people was playing that game. Bungie Make D2 like D1 Special weapons Random rolls or alternative Better hit mark registration And for god sake stop being lazy and make good pve content (full raid) for dlc. Or throw D2 in bin and start working on D3. I gave three years to D1 (1000+ hours) and have no guilt but buying or playing D2 make me sick.

1 ReplyWhen and where should I look for this update? This is an usual time for an update...
