I was thinking the same in terms of weapon balancing in crucible. It would push the faster paced gameplay into the scene, which I’m all for, but it would kill the usage of a lot of weapons in the game. Auto rifles would eat a lot of ass, Mida archetypes would be the go to for scouts, we’d see the return of the Palindrome archetypes, and got damn, The Last Hope would be even stronger than it is/was.
I just think they should separate PvP and PvE entirely. Throw them on different discs, re-package all the D2 and D1 content and throw it into PvP only setting called Destiny Online or some shit. Hire a different team to work on balancing and maintaining for it. When new DLCs release, or even a new game, the content just comes as an update for the PvP.
